How it plays

These are ordinary checkers rules with the pieces renamed. If you already know the game you can skip this and start — Red always moves first.

Moving a chip

Tap one of your chips and every square it can reach is dotted. Chips move one square diagonally forward onto an empty dark square.

Green dot marks a move
Taking a chip

Jump diagonally over an opposing chip onto the empty square behind it and that chip is removed. Land where another jump is available and you keep going in the same turn.

Gold dot marks a capture
Getting overclocked

Reach the far row and your chip is crowned. Overclocked chips move and jump in any direction, which usually decides the game.

Ends your turn
Forced captures

Off by default, so you can always decline a jump. Switch it on for the strict tournament rule, where an available capture must be taken.

Bench Bot

Three levels. Rookie plays loosely and misses things, Tech looks a few moves ahead, and Bench Boss searches deep enough to punish a careless jump.

Wins and losses saved
Two players

Pass and play on one device — a banner names whose turn it is between moves. Turn on Flip board and the view spins round so the second player is not reading it upside down. Undo is available here too: one take-back of the move you just played, before the other side goes.
