A closed loop with a pump, two blocks and a radiator — and every pipe turned the wrong way. Rotate them until every joint meets another and nothing is left open, and the coolant starts moving.
There is one rule: no open ends. Wherever a pipe reaches the edge of its tile, the tile next to it must reach back — and nothing may point off the board. Get every joint agreeing and the loop fills.
Each tap turns a tile a quarter turn clockwise. Straights, elbows, tees, crosses and single ends all appear, and every board is solvable without guessing.
