Somebody scrambled the rack switches. Tap one and it flips itself plus every switch next to it — get every LED lit green and bring the whole rack online. No clock, no reflexes, just logic.
This is the classic switch-grid puzzle, wired up as a server rack. Every tap touches more than one light, so the fun is working out the order.
Tap any square and it toggles — plus the squares directly above, below, left and right of it. Corner and edge switches touch fewer neighbours.
Get every LED lit green at once and the rack comes online. Fewer taps is a cleaner job — your best move count per size is saved.
Small is a 3×3 board, standard is 4×4, large is 5×5. Every puzzle is generated from a solved grid, so there's always a way back to all-on.
If your actual machine has lights blinking codes you don't recognize, that's a five-minute question for me, not a puzzle to solve alone.
